How can I get help troubleshooting?Updated a year ago

Check out our online User Guide or watch our video tutorial here, both of which include tons of useful information. For example, did you know that BlendJet 2 has a Lock Mode? Here are a few common issues and solutions:

  • My BlendJet won’t turn on and it flashes red when I press the power button.

    • That red flashing light means that your jar is not aligned with your base correctly. To fix this, simply loosen the jar from the base a bit and screw it back in until the arrows on the back of the jar and base line up. Please note, the arrows on the back of the jar are meant to be a guide, but they might not line up perfectly, and that’s okay. The best way to tell when the jar is properly aligned will be looking at that power button on the front – when it flashes white instead of red, that means you’re good to go!

  • My BlendJet won’t turn on and it flashes red & purple when I press the power button.

    • Those red & purple lights mean that your BlendJet needs to be charged. Try charging it up for at least an hour.

  • My BlendJet won’t turn on and it flashes purple when I press the power button.

    • You might be in Lock Mode, which prevents the BlendJet from turning on by mistake so that you can sip or travel without worry.

    • You can exit Lock Mode by holding down the power button until the blue circle flashes 3 times. That blue light confirms you are back to Blend Mode.

    • To re-enter Lock Mode, simply hold down the power button until the power button flashes purple 3 times. That purple light confirms you are in Lock Mode.
